At Vaeloŕe, we partner with trusted Shopify Collective suppliers to offer a curated selection of jewelry, watches, wallets, and accessories.
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and product selected.
Shipping Times Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, supplier location, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Information Customers will receive tracking information via email once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Select products may qualify for free shipping promotions.
Multiple Shipments Because products may come from different suppliers, items within the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
Lost or Delayed Packages While we work closely with our suppliers and shipping partners, Vaeloŕe is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
